Privacy Agreement

Preface

This agreement describes the strategy of data acquisition, storage and sharing of the current version of Photo Organizer. Users must agree to this agreement to continue using this software. If a user does not agree to this agreement, he/she will not be able to continue to use this software.

With the increasing functions of Photo Organizer, this protocol may change. The new agreement will be released to users together with the new version of Photo Organizer.

What data is obtained from Photo Organizer?

• Photo Organizer reads collections and assets from the photo library of the system.
  • The collection contains folders and albums.
  • The assets includes: photos, live photos, screenshots, videos, etc.
  • Photo Organizer writes into the system photo library.
  • When Photo Organizer organizes collections and assets, there may be operations such as deletion and movement.
  • Photo Organizer can also create new collections.
  • Photo Organizer saves the ID of the organized assets.
  • Photo Organizer stores the user's subscription information through the keychain.

Why does Photo Organizer collect these data?

• Photo Organizer saves the ID of the organized assets, in order to record the progress of the user's collation and avoid repeated collation.
• The storage of subscription information is used to review whether the user's subscription has expired.

How does Photo Organizer deal with this data?

• Photo Organizer processes these informations on the user's local machine.

Does Photo Organizer share this data with third parties?

• Photo Organizer uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases, and the link is the Privacy Agreement of the framework.
• Photo Organizer does not share data with other third parties.

Other

In order to fix possible errors in the program. Apple's system (iOS/watchOS/macOS) automatically collects information when the program crashes, sends it to Apple servers, and shares it with developers. This function can be designed to improve the user experience and can be turned off in system settings.
