Preface
This agreement describes the strategy of how Internet Helper of current version gets, stores and shares data. A user must agree this agreement or he/she can no longer use Internet Helper.
When Internet Helper adapts, this agreement may adapts as well. The new agreement will be pronounced along with the new version of Internet Helper to the user.
What data Poster gets?
Internet Helper gets LAN IPs and internet IPs of a user’s Mac.
Internet Helper tests internet delay.
Internet Helper saves scripts that a user creates, and the script results.
Internet Helper syncs preferences by iCloud Key-Value.
Internet Helper saves a user’s IAP subscription to Keychain.
Why Poster gets those data?
LAN IPs, internet IPs and delay test results are shown to the user.
Scripts are created by the user. Script results are saved, the user could review later.
iCloud sync is used to sync preferences between devices.
Subscription information is saved for check if the user if subscripted.
How Poster stores those data?
Internet Helper shows LAN IPs and internet IPs on the app’s main interface.
Internet Helper saves delay test results in local disk.
Scripts and script results are saved in local disk.
If the user uses iCloud, his/her ID, nickname, token will be synced in iCloud Key-Value.
Does Poster share data with third party?
Internet Helper uses RevenueCat to deal with IAP. RevenueCat has its own Privacy Policy.
Internet Helper shares no data with other third party.
Others
For fixing errors that an app may exist, Apple automatically collects and sending data to the Apple server when the app crashes. Apple shares the crashing data to the app’s developer. The function is designed for improving the user experience and can be disabled in the system setting.
