SleepTap

SleepTap is an app I built to help manage my energy levels, with the goal of staying as energized as possible throughout the day. To achieve this, I’ve added features such as workout tracking, sunlight exposure reminders, nap reminders, late-night logging and alerts, and wake-up reminders. In addition, the app provides a sleep score.

SleepTap includes both an iPhone app and an Apple Watch app. If you only use the iPhone app, you’ll still have access to all the core features. However, if you own an Apple Watch, the watch app offers a more seamless and convenient experience.

When you launch SleepTap for the first time, it runs a setup wizard to guide you through configuring essential data and permissions. You can rerun this wizard later if needed.

SleepTap is currently free because I’d like to gather user feedback and suggestions. Once the user base reaches a certain size, the app will become a paid product. This is mainly because the weather API used in the app has a free usage limit, and exceeding that limit incurs costs. I also plan to introduce in-app purchases in future versions.
