Stand Reminder is a monitoring and alert application. It tracks how users interact with their computers and can assess their level of focus during work. If a user has been working for an extended period, the software will notify them to take a break, based on the time interval they have set.
The goal of Stand Reminder is to improve users’ work efficiency, reduce the negative effects of prolonged sitting, enhance users’ concentration, and help maintain their overall health.
