These Terms govern your use of X Recommender Plus for Chrome, provided by Owen Zhao (肇鑫) under the Parussoft name. By installing or using the Chrome extension, you agree to them. The Safari version is governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension on browsers and computers that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or circumvent its purchase or licensing controls except where applicable law does not allow that restriction. You must have the rights needed to process any content with the extension and may not use it unlawfully or abusively.
Free and Pro features
Basic feed scoring and filtering are available free of charge. X Recommender Plus Pro is a one-time purchase of US$12.99 plus applicable taxes. Pro unlocks in-place translation, side-panel explanations, and follow-up questions. A Pro license may be activated on up to two computers or browsers.
Before purchase, the extension may offer a full Pro trial for up to 7 days. Pro uses the AI model or API that you configure yourself; no AI usage credits are included. You are responsible for charges, terms, and privacy practices of the model providers you choose.
Payments, refunds, and licenses
Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem calculates applicable taxes and provides the payment confirmation. License information is delivered through the purchase flow. Refund requests made within 7 calendar days of purchase may be sent to support@parussoft.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days; nothing here limits rights that applicable law gives you.
A refunded, charged-back, or otherwise reversed purchase does not retain access to Pro. We may reasonably reset an activation when a customer replaces a device or browser.
Third-party services and availability
The extension works with X, Weibo, browser capabilities, and AI services chosen by you. X Recommender Plus is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, Weibo, OpenAI, Apple, Google, or any model provider. Those services may change, be unavailable, or have their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the extension is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
